Our Locations
All three of our residential parks are situated in desirable locations across Kent, with many of the South East's major town centres, including Canterbury, Ashford and Folkestone, close by for shopping, dining out, healthcare and leisure. Many of our luxury park homes have two double bedrooms with an en-suite to the master bedroom and a walk-in wardrobe, fully fitted kitchen, lounge, diner and a bathroom. All homes come fully fitted with appliances and the interiors are decorated to an extremely high standard.
All of our residential park homes are ready to move into; full furnished, carpeted and decorated. Our range of properties means that you will be sure to find a park home that suits your tastes. Each home in all three residential parks comes with a 10-year guarantee. We also offer assisted sales and part exchange on your new homes. Services
Regular maintenance is carried out at all three of our parks to keep them up to a very high standard. They all have a FULL 12 MONTHS RESIDENTIAL LICENSE which provides residents with all the securities and benefits that come with it, including having your own phone line by your chosen provider and being able to have your post delivered. Not all parks offer this. All of our homes are on mains services and offer very competitive ground rent.
