Out and About Around Our Parks

With our three parks in Woodchurch, Folkestone and West Hythe, there is plenty for you to do both in the local community and in the surrounding towns.

When it comes to the retired and semi-retired people who live in our parks, we want to give you the best experience possible. Not only are there some fantastic community aspects within each park, the local areas and towns provide entertainment, eateries and cultural activities to really maximise the time you will spend with us.

Six Bells Park

There are plenty of options in and around the park for residents to while away their days, or spend an evening out. Activities in the park include a gardening club, pop-in parlour, history society and OAP club. The biggest draw is our Residents’ Association, which you will always be welcome to get involved with. Our community within Six Bells Park is extremely friendly, welcoming and more than happy to include new members in whatever they might get up to.

In the village of Woodchurch you are spoilt for choice and are in walking distance of a butchers, a selection of local shops, a doctor’s surgery, post office, two pubs and a lovely village green. Not only that, but there is a bus service that runs throughout the village, as well as stopping right outside of the front of the park. The bus will also take you to Ashford, where you will find the popular designer outlet centre, as well as Ashford International train station.
