Our upmarket and high quality residential parks are the perfect getaway for retired and semi-retired people across the South East.
With three ideally situated and community-driven residential parks across Kent, you will be able to choose where and how you live your life. As a family run business, we take pride in every one of our parks, from our flagship Six Bells in Woodchurch, to the hills of West Hythe and our Price of Wales Park, to Highview Park in Folkestone, with beautiful views of the English Channel.
Having been providing residential park homes since the 1990’s for retired and semi-retired people, we focus on adopting a stress-free way of life. All three of our parks are run to a very high standard and we pride ourselves on the tranquil environment and community spirited atmosphere that you will experience. As park owners, we hold our residents in high regard and value the good relationship between us. We have a huge amount of park homes for sale, so you're sure to find exactly what you need in any of our three parks.
All of our parks have fantastic local amenities which are just a bus ride or walk away in the local town or village. With a bus service that stops just outside each park, you are in three prime locations for shops, leisure activities, dining and chances to visit sites of real natural beauty. From the cliffs at Folkestone, to the hills and marshlands of West Hythe, to the idyllic countryside at Woodchurch, there is more than enough for everyone to enjoy.
You will be sure to enjoy your retirement with us at any of our residential parks. At Six Bells we have a Residents’ Association that is proving extremely popular and all of our parks host a very inclusive atmosphere that will make you feel like part of the family. Unlike other parks, we have three fully residential locations where you can stay for 12 months of the year, because you own your home as soon as you buy it.
